The purpose for evangelism is to lead those struggling with defeats to a life of victory in Christ Jesus. We conduct our evangelism in front of our house of worship, by talking to people, handing out tracks, and showing ourselves friendly.

The purpose for our discipleship ministry is to educate the believer on biblical principles and practices for victorious living.

Acts 2:42, “They devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and to fellowship, to the breaking of bread, and to prayer.”
The purpose for communion is to fulfill one of the ordinances of the church, whereby the Lord said, “do this in remembrance of me” (See 1 Corinthians 11:24-25). We come together through virtual means, every Tuesday after the first Sunday of the month, at 7:00 p.m. to break bread in honor of the Lord’s body that was broken for us, and to drink the cup that contained the wine, representing the New Testament of his blood that was shed for our sins.
Acts 2:46b, “…They
broke bread in their homes and ate together with glad and sincere hearts…”
The purpose for our fellowship is to provide social contact, physical support, and solidarity of our members to validate each other’s worth and value.
Our fellowships are maintained through social media such as group chats, zoom, and in person fellowship on Sunday mornings at 9:30 a.m.
Acts 2:42, “They devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and to fellowship, to the breaking of bread, and to prayer.”
Acts 2:44, “All the believers were together and had everything in common.”
The purpose of our youth ministry is to lead the youth, ages five to seventeen, into a relationship with the Lord, so that they will discover their: purpose for living, their gifts for succeeding, and God’s plan for them to reach their full potential.
Our youth ministry is named after Brother Lloyd Drain III, one of our leading youths, who was murdered. Lloyd was a big fella in stature and thus was given the nickname, “Big Daddy.” He had a heart for people, loved his pastor, and participated in every ministry of the church. He was revered by his school as an excellent student and had plans to attend college. But most of all, Lloyd was a mentor to our youth. Therefore, we honor this young man by naming our Youth Ministry after him.
Deuteronomy 6:6, “These commandments that I give you today are to be on your hearts. 7, Impress them on your children. Talk about them when you sit at home and when you walk along the road, when you lie down and when you get up.”
The purpose for our mission ministry is to make sure that everyone’s basic needs are met. Our mission ministry is spearheaded by our missionaries in helping people in need to obtain shelter, food, and clothing. To expand our services, we network with the local Community Board 16 who provides us with information on community affairs, events, and services.
Acts 2:45, “They sold property and possessions to give to anyone who had need.”
The purpose for our worship is to praise the Lord and to lift our spirits with an encouraging word, to overcome trials, and to expect the victory.
Our worship service is held on Sundays from the hours of 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. It consists of opening prayer and praise, preaching, announcements, closing prayer and benediction.
Acts 2:46, “Everyday they continued to meet together in the temple courts…”
Acts 2:47, “….
praising God and enjoying the favor of all people….”
